Session 1: Engage in the NCCER Instructor Certified Training Program (ICTP) to earn (or recertify) the NCCER ICTP certification that is required by NCCER and NCDPI teaching licensure for all construction trades teachers (Core, Carpentry, Masonry, Electrical Trades, HVACR, and Plumbing). Learn about NCCER as a non-profit and gain skills in teaching and learning, teaching strategies, classroom management, instructional aids, and other useful topics about being an effective construction trades instructor. Use this certification to teach and assess using the NCCER Curriculums.
