Respond safely and effectively to common injuries in the shop or lab. In this first aid session, participants will learn to assess the scene, protect themselves, and provide basic care while activating emergency help when needed. Training will include immediate eye-washing procedures, basic first aid skills, and a discussion about school and site safety policies. This session is for Trade and Industrial Education teachers and does not meet the instructor requirements for the Health Science First Aid credential.
