This interactive training session prepares experienced CTE teachers to step into the role of instructional coach with a focus on supporting and developing new CTE teachers. Participants will explore the foundations of effective coaching, including building trust, facilitating reflective conversations, modeling instructional strategies, and providing actionable feedback. Through collaborative activities and real-world scenarios, teachers will learn how to guide new colleagues in strengthening classroom practice, improving student outcomes, and navigating the challenges of teaching in today's classroom. Participants will leave with practical tools, coaching frameworks, and a clear plan to support teacher growth within their schools. *Note: Pre-training assignments and preparation are required to earn the CTE Instructional Coaching Certification.
