This session will address key aspects of the research, development and follow-up involved in the creation of policies and procedures. Participants will be better equipped to define the facility’s policy and procedure through discussion of examples, strategies for identifying essential inclusions in the process (regulatory compliance, standards of practice, etc.) and a process for review and revisions.
