The workshop will be built around strategies for communication within our professional spaces, led by Fernando Balsera and Niv Melamed. Exploring further ways of dealing with difficult conversations and implementing non violent communication tools, we will go deeper into questions on how to successfully communicate needs and establish limits and boundaries. This workshop is built around content created as part of the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) program developed at Google and successfully established in SAP, BBVA, Deutsche Telekom, AXA and many more.
