Chris will lead you through different breath work practices and explain the pathophysiology of what is happening in the body when we consciously breathe. He will also share how it changed his life.
Chris worked as a Paramedic, developed PTSD, and has found breathwork to be one of the greatest tools in his recovery. Chris became a Yoga instructor in 2018 and discovered the power of breathwork. He is passionate to share the breathing tools that he has gathered which allow him access to self-regulation and balance.
