We all know this saying well enough! Sh*t does happen and this pandemic has challenged us all to find how the 'f' do we cultivate wellbeing proactively inside a long-haul crisis such as COVID-19? In this session, we'll explore three 'f's that can help us to shift our engagement with really challenging experiences such as the one we continue to live in. They are: framework, foundation and focus. We'll explore several frameworks of health, explore the role of values in laying a foundation for us to navigate adversity and how the science of mindfulness offers us an opportunity to focus in a way that serves our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. An afternoon workshop is being offered for those who would like to explore finding their 'f' a little more.
