This workshop will explore the unique stressors that dispatch personnel face, discussing burnout, compassion fatigue, and trauma exposure. The focus will be on finding creative ways to improve your overall wellness, while juggling the many responsibilities in your personal and professional life. Local first responder specific resources will be shared, as well as discussion about peer support, wellness initiatives, and Camp Resilience.
