Unfortunately, this is because dispatchers work long shifts, have high levels of stress, often must work overtime, and have a sedentary job. Information about health and fitness is readily available via the internet and social media, but so little of it is tailored around the hectic lifestyle and schedule of a dispatcher. This presentation covers the topics of nutrition, exercise, and mental health, providing practical tactics dispatchers can implement to better their health and fitness.
