The software-defined vehicle is changing not only how vehicles are built, but how companies create, integrate and commercialize software across the automotive ecosystem. Yet no single company or layer of the value chain can solve every challenge independently. The opportunity is to distinguish where the industry should collaborate from where companies should compete.
