This interactive workshop explores practical, community-centered approaches to strengthening safety and well-being in supportive housing. Drawing on the Network’s Safety and Well-Being Training Series and Communities of Practice, the session will highlight real-world strategies that providers are using to create safer, more connected environments for both staff and tenants. Presenters will share lessons learned, effective practices for fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and principles of restorative justice, and practical tools that participants can adapt and apply within their own organizations.
