Over the last two decades, human healthcare has been forced to become more efficient. By implementing “Lean Processes” human healthcare has reduced waste, increased efficiency all while improving medical outcomes; these methods are easily adapted to veterinary medicine. In this talk, attendees will learn Lean concepts and be shown examples of proven Lean projects that have been implemented in veterinary practices.
