To maximize the prevention of recurrence, one needs to evaluate the content in training and confirm the material was fully understood. A fully engaged team that supports predictive and preventative processes are necessary to fully integrate a culture of prevention. This session review the tools, 5 Preventative Rules, Value Chain, and 550PM, to develop processes to predict and minimize the occurrence of negative events for the practice’s future.
