3C - Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) for Serious Mental Illness (SMI): Empowerment and Creativity to Improve Outcomes for those Challenged by Psychosis
Utilizing a Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) treatment model to facilitate positive treatment outcomes for adolescents and young adults, by utilizing individualized, creative interventions/resources to empower stabilization and recovery. Seeking to challenge cultural limitations and stigma in communities and rural areas to initiate and empower mental health recovery.
Session Objectives:
1) Improve Client Outcomes through the use of innovative evidence-based treatment strategies to improve current and future quality of life for those challenged by psychosis.
2) Empowering communities, organizations, agencies, and clients to address the unique challenges for those challenged by psychosis.
3) Utilizing cost-effective strategies and interventions to positively impact treatment outcomes with continuing resource and funding challenges.
