The 2-hour Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Recertification course focuses on recognizing patterns of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and appearance that may indicate a mental health challenge. Learners review the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE), then they apply it to non-crisis & crisis situations.
