Objectives:
Examine the purpose of the Moral Cultural Atlas
Demonstrate (4) ways to promote inclusive professional development among peers and patients to promote quality scores within the workplace
Learn the art of navigating the engagement barriers that limit growth among various generations when working with clients
Identify creative strategies that will advance (5) core values to promote cultural competency
Analyze the definition of diversity and inclusion by understanding why it is important in building a quality team culture
