Through interactive modules, participants will learn how to identify, understand, and safely defuse tense, public moments between caregivers and children. By examining personal barriers to engagement and understanding the nervous system’s role in high-stress situations, advocates will leave with a personalized plan to offer calm, non-judgmental assistance
