After five successful years, Blue Grass Community Action Partnership is one of 10 organizations across the Country that completed NCAP’s Whole Family Approach - Regional Advanced Community of Practice and they have a powerful story to tell.  They will highlight how they moved from design to implementation; showcasing how they are aligning internal systems, strengthening partnerships, and embedding WFA principles into everyday practice.  Through storytelling, reflection, centering families, leveraging data, and fostering cultures of continuous learning that lead to meaningful, sustainable change.
