Professionals in education, social services, and youth development are often expected to lead, support, and respond from a place of constant availability. Frequently, at the expense of their own identity and well-being. Identity-Driven Leadership: Know Your N.A.M.E. reframes leadership as a grounded, regulated practice rooted in self-awareness rather than overextension.
This interactive session introduces the N.A.M.E. Framework—a practical, trauma-responsive leadership model that helps participants clarify their role, establish healthy boundaries, manage responsibilities sustainably, and lead with confidence. Designed for social workers, teachers, counselors, case managers, and community providers, the framework acknowledges emotional labor while offering tools that prevent burnout and strengthen consistency for youth.
Participants will:
• Identify their unique, necessary contribution
• Differentiate accessibility from availability
• Assess workload manageability and sustainability
• Elevate professional value without burnout
• Apply identity-driven leadership to youth engagement
