The audience will gain insight into the importance of using data to “tell their story.” The session will offer a wide array of topics to assist leadership in adequately preparing their staff, facilitating effective two-way communication, and strategies for being proactive, alleviating unnecessary “review stress.” An emphasis will be placed on the Focus Area 1 (FA1) protocol and guides.
