This session will build upon the information presented in the “Let’s Talk Head Start Federal Reviews” workshop. Information will shift to an emphasis on the Focus Area 2 (FA2) protocol and guides. Similarities and differences between FA1 and FA2 will be highlighted. Ideas and tools for working collaboratively with the review lead prior to the review and the entire team during the review. Audience members will have an opportunity to gain greater insight into the typical flow of a federal review.
