The presenter will discuss challenges and obstacles to case management with the homeless individual. Attendees will gain a better understanding of how to employ an adaptive model to tailor goals and expectations to the unique individual. Attendees will develop an understanding of ways to adapt their case management strategies to the challenges unique to this population.
