Zoom has become a part of our industry and is not likely to go away. This workshop will be part lecture, discussion, and activity to investigate and start to remove the physical habits related to Zoom. We will explore multiple aspects including:
- Your workspace set up
- Noticing our physical tension in relationship to 'self view' and 'video on' settings
- Techniques to 'undo' what we notice

If you can, please be in your usual space that you Zoom in your living space.
It is not required of you to be visible, but we can explore even more if you can bring two devices that can sign in to the Zoom (ie, a laptop/tablet and a phone).
Don't worry if you cannot, engage wherever and however (video on/video off) you wish.
