The North Carolina Professors of Educational Leadership (NCPEL) is a professional organization that brings together faculty members who teach and conduct research in educational leadership programs across universities in North Carolina. This organization promotes collaboration, scholarship, and the advancement of educational leadership preparation programs while serving as a voice for educational leadership faculty in policy discussions at the state level. This annual meeting is open to all.
