In this session, the Woodland Heights Elementary team will share some of the practices they have implemented that have elevated their school performance and improved collaboration. With a focus on quality, rather than quantity, participants will be guided in how to collaboratively build a culture of high expectations for both staff and students. The team will share how to use teaming strategies that promote teacher buy-in and peer accountability; how to implement creative strategies to increase student performance; and how to effectively and efficiently utilize data analysis to see the collective impact on student learning.
