Developing a collaborative culture of high expectations takes time. We will share key factors that have helped our rural high school build a positive culture of academic success over the last six years. Our school has exceeded growth for the last four years. We have been in the top five/ten percent for student growth in North Carolina the last two years. We believe your everyday culture and how you teach culture is the key to overall success.
