**Role of Chaplain in Crisis Response** This course seeks to prepare participants to provide chaplaincy services in diverse settings with diverse population groups. The focus is to provide strategic chaplaincy intervention for both the immediate post incident response and to help connect survivors with critical support systems throughout the long-term recovery journey. AND **Chaplaincy with First Responders** This course seeks to prepare participants to provide chaplaincy services in diverse settings with diverse population groups and first responders. The focus is to provide strategic chaplaincy intervention for both the immediate post incident response and to help connect survivors with critical support systems throughout the long-term recovery journey. These courses are two of fourteen pre-requisite courses required to become a Type 2 and Type 3 Certified Emergency Response Chaplain.
