Anticipatory grief is the emotional distress experienced when facing an impending loss, such as the death of a loved one. It's a healthy and normal expression of emotion, even if not always recognized. In this seminar, we will discuss how to cope with Anticipatory grief in healthy ways. One effective way to cope is through the process of meaning-making. In addition, we will discuss how to creatively make meaning during this difficult season of life.
