Many grievers get hung up “unhelpful thinking styles” that may actually hinder their healthy grieving process and their ability to make meaning. This workshop will include strategies to become aware of how their thinking about the relationship with the deceased, what they did or didn’t do to help the deceased, their view on life after the death of their loved one, etc. impacts their grief, and strategies to challenge those unhelpful thoughts to reframe to more helpful thoughts that allow them to grieve in healthy ways and move into meaning making.
