The Army’s audit effort continues to evolve in a rapidly changing environment where success depends on the ability to respond quickly to new guidance, emerging risks, and enterprise priorities. As audit direction continues to be reinforced through OUSW(C) guidance and recent policy memoranda, Army financial management organizations must be empowered with data and technology that enable proactive decision-making rather than reactive compliance.
