Ms. Tiffany N. Gildon, Chief Financial Functional for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) Joint Program Office at U.S. Transportation Command, will present on how JTMS is addressing long-standing gaps between transportation and financial management across the Department of Defense. A career Civil Service financial management professional with more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Gildon is leading the financial functional requirements for the development and implementation of JTMS. This briefing will highlight why integrating transportation and financial processes is critical as the Department works toward auditability and operates under increasingly constrained budgets.
