Using the Corporate Impact Lab’s executive-tested method for identifying and implementing a workforce moonshot, you'll trace a direct line from specific workforce realities to the business outcomes they enable, building the scaffolding you need to design and implement your own workforce moonshot. You’ll leave with a fortified focus for the Summit, ready to engage not as a passive recipient of ideas, but as a leader with a specific problem and clear direction. You’ll generate insights about your organization and its people, pressure-tested with peers who are navigating the same tensions. And you’ll build your Summit agenda and attention around what you're actually solving for, with peer-based feedback that’s specific enough to use and designed to make the rest of the Summit work harder for you – and, ultimately, your workforce.
