I begin the presentation by speaking and presenting in a language that is not English, confusing the crowd and making it uncomfortable for everyone. I switch over to English at the climax right before anybody leaves believing they are in the wrong room. I explain to them that this is what employees feel like when they are trained or explained a task they cannot understand. Then we send them out to do work, oftentimes dangerous or hazardous work. We do this knowing they do not fully understand, but we believe there is no solution and simply continue putting people at risk simply because they do not understand or because we are not taking the time or using our resources to help them understand.
