"In Henderson County Public Schools, we believe purposeful leadership development starts from within. Our district has intentionally built a pipeline of leaders through a series of programs designed to recruit, prepare, and sustain strong school administrators. This session will share how our Aspiring Administrator Program, Beginning Principal Retreat, and newly created AP Summer Leadership Program are shaping the next generation of principals and assistant principals in Henderson County Public Schools. We will also demonstrate how artificial intelligence is transforming the way our leaders approach time management, data analysis, and communication—giving them more space to focus on strategic planning, instructional leadership, and culture-building. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to: Develop leadership capacity at every stage of the pipeline. Motivate and inspire new leaders through structured, supportive programming. Integrate AI tools to increase efficiency and enhance leadership practices. Connect leadership development directly to student outcomes and school improvement. This session is designed to inspire school and district leaders to create their own intentional leadership pipeline while harnessing innovative tools to maximize their impact."
