Lincoln County Schools and West Lincoln High School have engaged in a comprehensive and intentional focus to provide continuous improvement opportunities for staff and students to achieve breakthrough performance. From a district vision that includes honoring all schools and staff to achieve their personal bests to West Lincoln's deliberate creation of a school culture that supports student and staff involvement, leadership and empowerment; the outcomes are astounding. Through establishing and honoring high expectations for all, West Lincoln High School has created a high school setting that honors the potential of all who thrive and invest in the creation of a student-centered, student-led learning environment. As a next step in this process, West Lincoln along with Lincoln County Schools will begin the process during the 25-26 school year of providing students the opportunity to earn and receive industry recognized leadership credentials which will involve staff and community in key roles to support student success.
