"As our school continues its mission to raise student achievement, our dedicated staff serves over 800 students—including 20% identified as Exceptional Children—within a highly transient community. Over the past three years, we’ve moved from a low-performing status with a school grade of F to a C, meeting growth expectations three years in a row. This progress reflects the collective commitment of our staff, students, and families—and the leadership practices that helped make it happen. In this session, the administrative team from Overhills Elementary School will share how we strengthened our leadership skills, aligned our vision, and built a collaborative culture of high expectations for all. Through intentional leadership, teamwork, and genuine belief in what’s possible for students, we’ll walk participants through the strategies, tools, and templates that helped us create a unified, motivated team.
