Breakout 4.2: From Data to Collective Impact: Student-Centered Tracking and Team Analysis
This session will explore how schools can strengthen collective efficacy through intentional data collection and student-by-student tracking. Participants will examine how student data notebooks empower learners to monitor their own growth from pre-assessment to post-assessment, fostering ownership and accountability. The session will also highlight how grade-level and content teams use common assessments to identify trends, inform instruction, and guide supplemental supports across Tiers 1–3. Practical strategies will be shared for turning data into actionable insights that drive collaboration, intervention, and improved outcomes for all students.
