This session will explore how schools can strengthen collective efficacy through intentional data collection and student-by-student tracking. Participants will examine how student data notebooks empower learners to monitor their own growth from pre-assessment to post-assessment, fostering ownership and accountability. The session will also highlight how grade-level and content teams use common assessments to identify trends, inform instruction, and guide supplemental supports across Tiers 1–3.
