Breakout
Educators play one of the most critical roles in shaping the future, yet they face increasing challenges related to retention, resources, and long-term support. Through an interactive discussion, panelists from Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and Pender County School District will highlight examples of innovative collaborations that reduce barriers for educators, enhance professional satisfaction, and create stronger support networks within and beyond the classroom. The conversation will also examine how community-driven initiatives can improve student engagement, bolster academic achievement, and create pathways to opportunity. This panel will bring together education leaders and community stakeholders to explore how strategic partnerships between schools, nonprofits, businesses, and civic organizations can drive meaningful value for teachers and better outcomes for students.
