"This session will highlight the journeys of three principals who successfully transformed their schools from low-performing to thriving learning communities. Grounded in the theme Leading with Purpose: Inspiring a Culture of Engagement & Commitment, the principals will share how intentional instructional leadership practices built stronger cultures of learning, collaboration, and achievement. Through their stories, participants will learn how these leaders: • Cultivated a data-driven culture to inform decisions and accelerate student growth. • Built staff capacity through meaningful observation, feedback, and coaching. • Empowered teachers and designed collaborative structures that foster ownership of learning. • Strengthened staff morale and commitment by aligning vision, purpose, and daily practice. The session will provide practical strategies that participants can take back to their schools to strengthen instructional leadership, deepen staff engagement, and positively impact student outcomes."
