Together Corey and Juan have over 50 years of Long Range experience including Combat operations, contracting, Instruction (Civilian, LE/FED, MIL), and manufacturing.
Course Description
In this basic long-range course, you’ll learn the essentials of precision shooting. This course will equip you with the knowledge and techniques needed to hit targets accurately at extended distances, by applying ballistics concepts with practical application to hone your marksmanship skills.
Student Equipment Required
Minimum caliber of 5.56/.223 Capable of at least 1 MOA of accuracy
100 rounds of match grade ammo Scope with at least 3.5X – 10X magnification range with exposed target style turrets
Scope associated tools for fasteners and owner’s manual Bipods, capable of left/right cant adjustments
Rifle data book (Note: Can be substituted with notebook)
Rear shooting support
Rifle cleaning kit/tools
Appropriate clothing for weather (Note: Long sleeves, pants, technical clothing preferred)
Appropriate footwear (Note: No opened toe shoes, durable/comfortable boots preferred)
Individual hydration system or water bottle (Note: Range does NOT have potable water on site)
Backpack / Rucksack, big enough to carry all items
Notebook with writing utensil
Ear and Eye protection
