Course Description
Close Quarters Marksmanship is designed to give students a look at how to perform with speed an accuracy in close quarters environments, such as residential spaces they might encounter on the job. The objective of this course is that by the end of the day students are able to identify and perform basic entry methods and threshold assessments while engaging targets, with rifle and pistol, with a high degree of speed and accuracy, while moving and while working with a partner. Students will be shown how to replicate drills at their agency's facilities, and how to dry practice the drills in order to hone skills outside of the range. No one becomes an expert from a single range day, and emphasis will be heavily placed on continuing the lessons learned at the course.
