Aftermarket hardware companies want to capture similar data points across multiple manufacturers, but each vehicle is unique especially when it comes to connecting to the vehicle’s CAN Bus. Where do you connect, what is the baud rate, what type of CAN Bus, how do I decode vehicle parameters, what is available, what techniques can I use to find the data I’m looking for?  So many challenges are faced by the aftermarket companies. In this talk we aim to help get the companies started in how to begin. What resources are there to make this processes much faster.
