Breakout Session 2.6: Data analysis + Teacher buy-in = Results

In this session, the team from Woodland Heights Elementary will share some of the best practices they have found success with in their PLC’s. Participants will be guided in how to utilize data and vertical collaboration to get results. The team will share how their teachers unpack standards, create CFA’s, and differentiate learning pathways to bring rigor and productive struggle into the classroom. Participants will also learn how the data from diagnostic testing and CFA’s are utilized to create fluid intervention and core groups in which grade level teachers work as a unit to serve their entire grade level. Leaders attending this session will leave with processes that they can implement in their own schools to build results.
