For several years, Elizabeth City Middle School has struggled with low academic performance. While recent efforts have led to an enhancement of the school's culture, resulting in a decrease in student disciplinary issues, student achievement has remained stagnant. However, through a comprehensive revamping of the school system, leveraging student achievement data, and the integration of grade-level teams, ECMS has created an opportunity to escape its low-performing status. In this session, we will provide an overview of the school's transformation process and address any inquiries for individuals interested in adopting the team model.
