This session will begin with a video showing MRO technicians using ladders on a variety of helicopters and how they make maintenance work faster and safer. Key information about OSHA and ANSI requirements, along with ladder safety procedures in MRO shops will be presented. Staff members will be available to answer questions, offer ladder suggestions for specific helicopters and provide more details on ergonomics and how to reduce the risk of work-related injuries while improving productivity and efficiency. Ladders will be available for participants to climb on and test their stability and craftsmanship.
