This session will discuss opportunities to better understand how to assess and build insights to barriers across demographic segments within a university's workforce. Understanding these barriers can help to identify opportunities to increase diversity of representation and achieve more equity within hiring, pay, performance, potential and promotion. The session will also focus on how to identify potential biases across the talent lifecycle using a two-factor analysis.
