The retreat will be broken up into five main sections. A general introduction and idea storm, Session One: Management Skills and HR Systems led by Tim Smith, breakout roundtables with a variety of featured topics, Session Two: Tools and Processes led by (Jason Kennedy, Danielle King, Zach Matelski & Carrie Koepke), and a final wrap to facilitate shared information and continued conversations.
