Tuesday and Wednesday, the desk is located on the 2nd floor of the Madison Concourse Hotel. Thursday - Saturday, the desk is in the cafeteria/lobby area of the Truax building at Madison College (near the entrance where the shuttle bus will drop-off and pick-up).
