*Use of firearms." A three-act play about survivors of a nuclear apocalypse who use The Simpsons as a source of comfort and entertainment, which evolves into a new form of mythology over time. In Act I, survivors around a campfire try to remember an episode from memory; Act II, set 7 years later, shows a troupe of performers reenacting pop culture; and Act III, set 75 years later, features a new, ritualistic drama based on these pop culture myths. The play explores how stories and pop culture endure and transform after civilization collapses.
