This workshop will present our train the trainer session for Innovate to Communicate for attendees to use in their organizations. Innovate to Communicate: Health Literacy Workforce Training educates clinicians and leaders in the knowledge and application of health literacy practices. Innovate to Communicate includes self-learning modules and an interactive training via Zoom or in person, using videos, discussion, interactive quizzes, and role play scenarios to encourage not only learning but more importantly attitudinal and behavioral change towards a health literate organization. Objectives: • Communicate using evidence based health literacy practices e.g. plain language, chunking information, teach back • Effectively use Innovate to Communicate workshop resources to educate clinicians and leaders • Focus attention and ways to integrate health literacy into structures, processes, and quality measures
